CLAIMS OF DEPENDANTS. INSTALMENT AVAILABLE, A. and N.Z. LONDON. Aug. 25. After many delays Sir Robert Home, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has informed Mr Havelock Wilson that the first instalment of £100,000 out of the £5,000,000 earmarked from German reparations for the dependants of the 17,000 British seamen killed as the result of the submarine campaign against merchantmen is now available for distribution.
