VISITING CRICKETERS.

MR. MACLAREN'S TEAM, ARRANGEMENTS. FOR TOUR. TWO MONTHS IN DOMINION. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHKISTCHURCH. Sunday. The Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Council has announced the programme for Mr. A. C. MacLaren's M.C.C. team as framed by the Australian Board of Control. It provides for the commencement of the tour by a match against Western Australia on November 3 and 4, followed by matches against South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales. The team leaves Sydney for New Zealand on November 30, and will remain here until February 8. It will play matches in the Australian States on its return journey. A sub-committee has been appointed to draft the programme for the New Zealand tour and to submit it to the various associations. PERSONNEL OF TEAM. H. TYLDESLEY INCLUDED. Australian and N.Z. Ca'Me Association(Reed. 5 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 26. The MC.C. team to tour New Zealand and Australia under Mr. A. C. MacLaren's leadership has been completed. It comprises the following:—A. C. MacLaren, Hon. Frederick Somerset Gough-Cal-thorpe, F. L Titmarsh, Geoffrey Wilson, C. H. Gibson, A. P. F. Chapman, Colonel Hartley, Captain E. St. L. Fowler, W. W. Hill-Wood, J. F. McLean, Lieutenant A. C. Wilkinson, T. C. Lowry, J. R. Freeman, and H. Tyldesley. Most of the piayers finally selected for the tour of Australia and New Zealand have already been mentioned as likely to make the trip. The most interesting addition is H. Tyldesley, the Lancashire professional. He is the least prominent of the Lancashire Tyldesleys, and last season only batted twice for the county, when he "scored eight runs.
