The four-masted barque Rewa is expected to complete discharge of her cargo of sleepers a,t the Sing's Wharf on Wednesday and Thursday. Sho will then be laid up m the stream indefinitely. All her crew but 10 men and the chief officer have been paid off. The men still on board have been busy during the week drying and unbending tha sails and stowing them away in the eai llocker. After the Rewa has been moored in the stream Cap- ' tain Kennedy, with his chief officer and the remaining members of the crew, are to*go to Wellington and take the barque Itona, which has been sold, to Sydney, where the crew will be paid off, as most of them joined the Rewa at Newcastle.
