The wool tops case, commenced in the High Court on May 23, is drawing to a close. The Central Wool Committee and the Colonial Combing, Spinning and Weaving Company, Ltd., are contesting the validity of various contracts ing the sale of wool tops by the company, the amount involved being about £1,000,000. Voluminous evidence has been taken. Mr. J. L. Campbell, K.C., counsel for tho defendant company, today continued his address, which has already lasted for four days..
