AUSTRALIA AND DOMINION, THE NEW AGREEMENT. BATIFIED BY COMMONWEALTH. Cbx telbobaph.—special reporteb.J WELLINGTON. Friday. The Hon. W. Downie Stewart, Minister for Customs, has been informed officially that Australia has ratified the tariff agreement with New Zealand. The agreement has already been ratified by the New Zealand Parliament.
