SHARE-MILKING DISPUTE.
CLAIM AND COUNTER-CLAIM^ VERDICT OF THE JURY. The claim of £550 damages and medical expenses, and £50 special' damages, by John Brent, of Turua (Mr. McGregor), against Sydney Prrcival Crawford and George James Crawford, farmers, of Turua (Mr. Prendergast), was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Herdman and a jury. The defendants counter-claimed for £348 for alleged breach of agreement. The jury returned a verdict for defendants on the claim and for plaintiff on the counter-claim. The question of costs was reserved.
