, „.- CORONER'S SUGGESTION. GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. Australian and K.Z. Cable Association. (Kccd. 10.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 16. At the inquest into the death of three men who were killed by a fall of bulk wheat which they were loading into the steamer Norfolk on July 18, the coroner said that he would npt attempt to apportion blame, but no ore seemed to have considered that human lives were endangered in the construction of the feeder, wMch collapsed. He suggested the Government inspection of feecrers on wheat ships before they were ..ilowed to be used, as it was not sufficient to trust to the knowledge of the marine (surveyor, or constructors.'
