PASSAGE FROM BANNED PLAY IRON CHANCELLOR'S REBUKE A. and N.Z. LONDON. Aug. IS. The Berlin correspondent cf the Daily Express points out that the banned play entitled " Dismissal," by Emil Ludwig, the biographer of Bismarck, is founded on nirect quotations from unpublished documents, and contains the following dialogue w 'ien Bismarck unsuccessfully recomniended the renewal of the Rusao-Gennan alliance a quarter of a century ago. Bismarck : " Then must Germany fight °n two fronts and go under?" I The Kaiser; " I'll know how to prevent 'that. It i s mv kingdom to play with." .'. Bismarck "(heatedly): "Yes, Your ■Wajegty; Dnt , Germany was born before 1/ you entered the world, and as long as I ibreath* I'll know how to protect it.'
