Ohinemuri—The South drive is now in "543 ft. and the reef is 4fl. wide with the hangingwall only exposed,. The reef is still hard. No. 2 crosscut, at 187 ft. south, is in 21ft., and has intersected, another body of quartz. This has been penetrated for 6ft., and the hanginijwall is not yet in sight. The ore is kindly and there are indications that the reef is fairly large.
