SCHEME OF INTERCHANGE. A. and N.Z. LONDON. July 31. Mr, J- H. Lewis, Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education, speaking in the House of Commons, in reply to a question, said that the scheme for the j interchange of school teachers between England and the Dominions was being conducted in connection with the League of Empire. Certain provisional arrangements were being made with the object of. recognising +v,a teachers' services in the Dominions in relation to salaries on their return to E ne land. The forthcoming Imperial Education Conference would discuss the quesHon of the position of the interchanged teacher* in regard to superannuation.
