The Eclair says that despite the authoritative denial of tho alleged text of the German-Russian military convention, stated to havo been signed on April 3, it includes a clause agreeing that the Germans shall train and equip tho Russian Army and Navy, supply aeroplanes, and instruct in tho us© of poison gas.
