Pertinax, the well-known French publicist, writing in the Echo de Paris, reports that Signer Sehunzer is considering a scheme for tho conclusion of a closo allianco between Britain and Italy. Signor Schanzer ho|>cs to renew the AngloItalian contract of 1387.
