NAPIER AND HASTINGS. [BX TELBOBAI-H.—rtlESS ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER. 'Wednesday. The Hon. C. J. Parr, Minister for Education, inspected the schools in Narrier and Hastings to-day, and received a deputation from the High School Board asking for a now school estimated to cost £63,000. of which the sum of £41,000 is-in sight. The Minister promised to ask'the Cabinet for £10.000. but advised the board to issue debentures, as was being done in Maeterton.
