Monday. p A new development in connection with the theft of £1700 from a Maori's house 8 at Taringamotu, is the discovery of the g racehorse, Miss Rangi, in tin locality. The horse was stolen from a paddock at o Matapuna last week and when found by ■' the police was still carrying a saddle and bridle. It is stated two charges were used j to blow open the safe, which contained the J money, but the attempt, although determined, is not coniidered to be the work of a professional thief. .
