«» FINANCIAL DEFAMERS. Times. PARIS, Feb. 19. The Government has expelled Jean Xydias, a Russian banker, and Anetra, an Austrian barrister, both reputedly of Bolshevik tendencies, in connection with the campaign of financial defamation of France.
