MOUNTAINEERING EXPERIENCE.
Recently a party of mountaineers were returning from a tramp across the Tarawa Ranges. Bad weather had been experienced and several members wero almost speechless with heavy colds. Thick mist made progress slow, and each man had to grope his way along as best he couid.
Suddenly tho mist lifted and a clearing showed straight ahead. The party made tracks for a building, which proved to bo a general store. At onco there was a big demand for Baxter's Lung Preserver.
