TE AWAMUTU'S SHOW.
AN ATTRACTIVE FIXTURE,
The second annual show of the Te Awaraufcu A. and P. Society will bo held on Wednesday. Although young in years, this exhibition represents one of the oldest and most fertile disliicts in the vast Waikato, and is fast becoming ono of tiie leading country shows. This district i s the home of many of the leading breeders of stock, which are prizewinners in all the district shows, notably Mr. William (Groenhill) Tavlor, noted for Shorthorn cattle, Mr, W. G. Park, Shorthorn cattle and draught horses, Mr. Andrew Kay, Shorthorns, Mr. A. L McGovern, Shorthorns, Mr. C. Parker, Jerseys, Mr. D. Ross, Friesians, Mr. J. Coshead, Friesianfi, and Mr. Pollard, Ayrshires. The district has many fine horsemen and women, and the jumping events can always be depended upon to provide plenty of interest. Albeit Park, where the show ls held, is one of the prettiest grounds in New Zealand, and an ideal spot tor those who wish to enjoy a day m the countay, '
