MEAT CARTERS CALLED OUT. Auntralian mid N-Z. Cable Ansociallon. (Reed. 10.25 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 17. The retail meat carters have been called out on strike in sympathy with the slaughtermen, who in turn struck in sympathy with the Newmarket drovers.
