Netherlands, the Prince Consort, and tho i Queen Mother, the formal opening of the 1 Permanent Court of International Justice was solemnly carried out to-day. Dr. I A. von Karnebeek, Dutch Foreign Minister, declared that the event meant, that 1 the standard of moral solidarity between nations had been raised.
