WASHINGTON, Feb. 14.
[ It is declared authoritatively at Whito House that the United States Government finds it impossible at the present time to reach a decision regarding participation in the Genoa Conference. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Feb. 14. France, in an official Note to Britain formally accepting the principle of summoning a committee of experts to preparo for the Genoa Conference, suggests that the Little Entente Powers and Poland p2rticipat© in the committee.
The Rome correspondent of the Matin states that Italy will not request a postponement of the Genoa Conference.
The Copenhagen correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that advices from Riga assort that the Soviet Government's tactics at Genoa will be in the direction oi causing disagreements between the other Powers. The Bolsheviks believe that there is a great chance of tins, as Russia has important joint interests with Germany.
