DISAPPROVAL OF ALLIES. A and N.Z. PARIS. Feb. 14.
The Finance Committee of the Chambor of Deputies declined to accept the Allies decision that 190,000,000 francs, the cost of mobilisation of tho 1919 class, called up for the purpose of intimidating Germany, should be excluded from the sums recoverable from Germany.
