DISAPPEARANCE OF FENCE.
TENANT TO PAY DAMAGES.
A tenement case was heard by Mr. J. E. Wilson, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, the owner of the house seeking an order for possession, £6 12s 6d rent, ami £7 19s 6d for damages to a wooden fence. In the course of his evidence plaintiff stated that when he visited the premises recently he found that the wooden fence at tho rear of the property had disappeared, no trace of it being left. An order was made for possession in 14 days, and judgment was given for the amount of rent claimed with £4 damages.
