WELLINGTON STATISTICS. A return has been prepared showing the passenjer, parcels, and luggage traffic from Thorndon railway station, Wellington, ' for the period December 16 to January 5 in 1919-1920, 1.920-1921, and 1921-1922, respectively. During the poriod specified, ttio number of passengers taking train from the station was 21,334 in 1919-1920, 23,67,5 in 1920-1921, and 21,914 in 1921-1922, while tie revenue figures, in the same order, were £10,619, £12,266, and £11,751. The Auckland passengere numbered 910, 976, and 860 j the suburban passengers, 12,259, 13,993, and 13,213; and the passengers bound for other stations, 8165, 8819, and 7551. , .
