PROTECTION OF CHRISTIANS. NEW AGREEMENT SIGNED. Reuter. PARIS, Dec. 2. ' The Turkish Nationalists have signed an agreement granting necessary safeguards to Christians in Cilicia. They have agreed to abrogate the law con- . fiscating 40 per cent, jal the proporty of Christians, to postpone the enforcement of military service, and to establish a i Franco-Turkish commission to safeguard the property of refugees. The arrival of French officials in the principal towns of Cilicia has considerably allayed the alarm, and many Christians are' reluming to their homes.
