DOMAIN IMPROVEMENTS.

CEREMONIES THIS AFTERNOON The winter garden in the Domain will be formally handed over to (he Mayor for the citi/eus of Auckland at 2.45 p'm. today by Mr. (ieorge Elliot, who was president of. the Auckland E\hibitiuii of I 1913-1914, from the funds of which the i building was erected.
