31 PEOPLE DROWNED. DISASTER IN SPAIN. A. and N.Z. • MADRID. Sept. 14. Over 60 people, returning from a fete at Barcelqneta, crowded into a boat intended to cany 20. ' i The boat capsized, and 31 were drowned, the majority being women and children.
