BAVARIA AND BERLIN.
GRAVE QUARREL DEVELOPING

According to reports from Munich the situation between Bavaria and the German Imperial Government is regarded as vory grave. The non-Socialist press is violently attacking the Berlin Government tor interfering in the internal affairs of Uavana.
The Augsbnrger Abendzeitung, which is still appearing despite a recent order for its suppression, alleges that the Berlin Government is trying to re-establish a Red dictatorship in Bavaria. The Vorwaerts declares that a movement in favour of Bavaria's secession is growing from Munich throughout Bavaria
