WELLINGTON. Wednesday. The Mayor of Wellington, Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P., interviewed Sir Frauds Bell, Aciang-Prime Minister, to-day regarding , a proposed £15,00) unemployment relief loan.
Sir Francis Bell said th- proposal would be a bad precedent, but he willing to introduce legislation to permit of the raising of such a loan. Ths Mayor proposes to a special rate to repay th e loan.
