SPAIN IN MOROCCO.
AUTHORITY RE-ESTABLISHED. MOORISH REBELS DISPERSING.A. and N.Z. MADRID. July 27. Official reports state that the Spanish have re-established their "authority over the whole of .Melilla, in North-west Morocco. The troops at present besieged at Nekor and Seluan will shortly be relieved. The Moors in the North are returning to their ordinary avocations of peace.
