PETITIONS FOR DIVORCE.
79 CASES ON THE LfcST. The list of divorce petitions for hearing at the coming sessions of the Auckland Supreme Court closed yesterday. There is a total of 72 cases, 16 of which are to -be defended. Very few of these cases have been brought forward from the list of last session, during which some" 60 petitions were dealt with.
