HUSBAND AND WIFE.
COURT GRAFTS AN ORDER. An application for an order for tn» restitution of conjugal rights -was heard on Saturday at the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Stringer. The petitioner wa* * Edith Margaret Main (Mr. Singer), and the respondent Alexander Main, of Gisborne, commercial traveller. The petitioner gave evidence that the marriage took place in March, 1915. The parties lived unhappily. The respondent had left home in October "last, and had not returned. He had not maintained her. In April last petitioner had written to the respondent asking him to provide a homo for her, but he had not replied. The application vras granted.
