A proposal to rebuild-the roads in the Waitoa riding of the Piako County was ; approved at an enthusiastic meeting of ratepayers held at Waitoa. The meeting was convened by Mr. F. W. Mr. E. McGregor moved, and Mr. W. T. Osborne seconded, "That the attention of the Minister for Justice be agam drawn to tfte inadequate accommodation at the aiorrinsviue Courthouse, and that be be asked to expend the grant which appeared on the Estimates, two years-ago for the extension of the bunding."
