THE PUBLIC WORKS FUND. EXPENDITURE OF £3,141,197. There was a credit balance in the Public Works Fund at April 1, 1920, of £219,502, Receipts included £500,000 transferred from the Consolidated Fund, » £2,890,000 from loans, and,£21,184 from other sources.
