WALL STREET OUTRAGE.
AN ITALIAN ARRESTED. ALLEGED DRIVER OF WAGGON A. and N.Z. NEW YORE. May 20. A message from Bayonne, New Jersey, states that Giuseppe de Filipo, an Italian truckman, was arrested and formally charged with complicity in., the Wall Street explosion of November last. It is alleged that Filipo was the driver of the wagon which is believed to have contained the explosives which caused the disaster. The police assert that several persons identified Filipo, though the same assertions were made on the occasion of the recent arrest at Soranton, Pennsylvania. The suspect arrested there was not specifically charged.
