SHARE-MILKING CONTRACT.
ACTION FOR ALLEGED BREACH. The action in which Harold Partington (Mr. A. E. Skelton), claimed £501 from Charles Hilton Ingley (.Mr. Hal] Skelton), for alleged breach of a ehare-milking agreement, and defendant counter-claimed for £660 16s for alleged loss of profit on 30 cows, a»id other alleged losses, was continued at the Supreme Court yesterday. before !Mr. Justico Adams and a jury of 12. The plaintiff was in the box the greater part of the day, being crossexamined atr considerable length concerning details of the,management of the farm and the dairy herd. Plaintiff's wife, who is also defendant's sister, gave evidence concerning the making of the agreement and the manner in which the work of the farm was performed. The case had not concluded when the Court adjourned.
