Naval ratings from Greenwich are helping the volunteers at the London County Council's power-house, where the workers struck in support of the against foreign coal. One of the Lancashire representatives on the executive of the Miners' Federation states that the demand for a national pool should be dropped, making an immediate settlement possible, otherwise the dispute will last for months.
