GERMANY IN THE AIR.
POTENTIAL WAR FLEET. A FRENCHMAN'S WARNING. A., and N.Z. PARIS. May 13. M. Michelin, president of the Aero Club, in a speech to-day, said that Germany, though compelled to disarm, was now trying to build up a powerful air-fleet. Without restrictions her factories were capable of building 42,000 .. aeroplanes- a year. Her so-called commercial aeroplanes were intended for use in war, and France must be on guard. France c had built upward of 1000 aeroplanes this y«ar.
