COAL FOR NEW ZEALAND
AUSTRALIAN EMBARGO. / MODIFICATION" ANNOUNCED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Eecd. IL3O p.m.) SYDNEY, May 15. As a result of protests by shipping agents at Newcastle against the embargo on the export of coal to New Zealand, the embargo has been modified to permit 5000 tons of coal to be exported to New Zealand weekly.
