MATTERS NOW ON MEND. POLITICAL STABILITY. A. and N.Z. LONDON, May 11. Colonel Ramaciotti, trade commissioner to the Commonwealth, has informed the Australian Press Association that he cannot recommend the appointment of a trade commissioner to Italy this year owing to unsettled trade conditions.
