MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
JURY FAILS TO AGREE. [BY telegraph.—press association.] WELLINGTON. Thursday. In the charge of manslaughter against Charles William Taylor arising out of the death of a lad named John Henry Grayndler, the jury failed to agree, and a new trial was ordered. Taylor was driving a motor-car when the fatality occurred.
