ACCLIMATISATION AFFAIRS.

PAEROA, Saturday.
A meeting of the Ohinemuri Acclimatisation Society was held at Hikuta-ia last evening, Mr. A. Wliite presiding A subbranch was formed, which will control the Hikulaiit, Omahu. Whangamata, and Puriri districts. The revenue from game licenses in 1921 totalled £11464, against £1200 in 1920. The same liberated comprised 20 pheasants and 25,000 try. Unanimous approval was expressed in regard to the proposal to form o Thame? Valley society. The annual meeting will be held at Paeroa on Thursday.
