P.P.A, AND RETURNED SOLDIERS.
o LOYALTY AT THE BALLOT-BOX. The P.P.A., which is running candidates for municipal honours, is attempting to influence votes by advertising that their, candidates are men of "Integrity and Ability"; also requesting the citizen? to show their "loyalty" by voting for this particular ticket. As a returned sol dier I wish to take strong exception to this form of advertising, for other associations have men standing in their interests whose integrity, loyalty and ability stands second to none, and are absolutely undoubted. For example all the candidates standing irt the interest* of tho returned soldiers have served at the front, and what moro in the way of loyalty is needed ? Who dare question the integrity and ability of Dr. Itossiter or Mr. Ei W. Inder, the newly-appointed President of the Returned Soldiers' Association? Member of the B.S.A.
