Publio Notice is hereby given that tho Rodney County Council, under the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," and Amendments thoreto, proposes to raise a Special Loan of £1100 for Metalling the Te Hana-Tomarata Road. The proposed Security for the said Loan shaß be a Special Rato of two-elevenths (2-lld) of a penny in the pound on tho - Capital Value of all the ratable property in the Te Hana-Mangawai Special Rating District, No. 2, covering interest and sinking fund, payablo over a period not exceeding 36) years, until the Loan is fully paid off, tho said Loan being ropayablo at the end of a term of 36} yoars, with a sinking fund of 1 per contum. r> It is not proposed to pay out of the Loan thp coat of raising same or the first year 1 interest.
