The Northumberland is due from New York to-morrow afternoon with general merchandise. She will berth, at the Queen's Wharf.

The Kaiapbi which arrived at Melbourne on Sunday with a cargo of timber from Kaipara, has been fixed to load general cargo at Melbourne about the end of the week for Bluff, Dunedin. Lyttelton, Wellington, and New Plymouth. Captain R. Williams is still in command of the Essex, which arrived at Lyttelton on Sunday from New York.

The Otaramaj due at Auckland about Saturday from Liverpool, has 300 passengers for the Dominion. She is also bringing a quantity of general cargo.

The barque Manurewa will shift from the Hobson to the Central Wharf this morning to commence loading timber for Sydney. The Kanna left Wellington at 11.45 p.m. on Tuesday for Auckland with general cargo. She is due to-morrow.

The Te Anau is expected from Lyttelton. Napier, and Gisborne this evening with general cargo. She is to leave for the South on Saturday.

The Waitemata's departure for Lyttelton, Melbourne, and Sydney has been further postponed until B p.m. to-morrow.

The Kurow is to sail for Newcastle at noon on Saturday to load coal for New Zealand.

The barque White Pine took up an anchorage _ip the stream yesterday in readiness to. sail for Melbourne with a cai-go of sawn timber.

TOFCTA PROM SYDNEY. The Tofua ia expected to leave Sydney for Auckland to-morrow with passengers, mails, and cargo. She will be due about next Wednesday. WHAKATANE LEAVES LONDON. The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Whakatane left London for Suto and Auckland on January 29 with general cargo. She will be due at this port about the end of March. THE WEST CAMAE.GO. The General Steamship Corporation'* steamer West Camargo is expected to arrive from San Francisco at 8 a.m. to-morrow with lumber and general cargo. She will berth at the Hobson Wbarf. THE PACIFIC MAIL STEAMERS. The R.M.S. Marama. en route from Vancouver to Auckland, left Suva at 7.30 on Tuesday. She is due on Saturday morning. Her future movements are not yet announced.
