CRUSHED BENEATH DRAY.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS JSSSOCIATIOX.] J PALMERSTON NORTH. Thursday. I Hemy Paul Burnel, of Feilding, was ' killed on the Whakaronga-Bunnvthorps 4 Road through a dray in which "he was ' carting wood falling over a bank. The < horse was apparently unable to negotiate i a steep incline, and the weight of the j load carried it backwards over the bank crushing Burnel beneath the vehicle. Ihe deceased was 22 years of age.
