TRADE WITH RUSSIA.
IMPORTANT TEST CASE. SALE BY SOVIET INVALID. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 10.15 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 21. In a test case concerning trade WiT.i Russia, Mr. Justice Koche decided that the plaintiffs, an old-established Russian company, succeeded in their claim to property, which was confiscated by the Soviet Government and sold by Krassin to an English company. Mr. Justice Roche's judgment maintains intact the proprietory rights acquired under the old regime in Russia, while Britain does not recognise the Soviet Government.
