UNDEFENDED DIVORCE SUIT.
DECREE NISI GRANTED. An undefended divorce suit was heard ! yesterday at the Supreme Court before Mr, Justice Hoaking. The petitioner, ; Harriett Colwill (Mr. Patcrson, instructed by Mr. Alereditb). sought a dissolution of her marriage with John Henry Col will, of Auckland, importer, on the ground of misconduct. Evidence was given by the petitioner that the marriage took place in I Auckland in 1900. . The parties ~ lived together till 1913, when they separated. Evidence was given of- the respondent's misconduct with a young woman near i [ Henderson in July. ■ A decree nisi was 1 i granted.
