FORECAST BY MR. C. L. WRAGGE.

The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at seven o'clock last evening:—Isobaric waves ar« now travelling slowly, and combined tropical and Antarctic influences still govern the North Island, while the second portion of Ivad rules the South. A moderately high-pressure system appears to be approaching from the mid-Tasman Sea, hence further cloudy, rainy, and unsettled conditions are generally expected, but improving very shortly. Winds from between north-west, and south-west, veering southerly, with cooler temperature. * Sea moderate.
