THE WEATHER.
FORECAST BY MR. C. L. WRAGGE. The following weather forecast -was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at eight o'clock last evening: The subsidiary or after waves of the great disturbance Gefaleth are still influencing all districts south from Taranaki and Hawke's Bay, while the barometer remains moderately high in the Far North. Thus the existing type of weather will continue for a while longer, with intermittent rain and squalls in the South. Over the Auckland province conditions should be better, but there is still the tendency to misty drizzle and a damp atmosphere, yet becoming finer as the day advances. Winds from between N.N.W., W.N.W., and S.S.W. Sea rough south from Napier. The Chatham Islands will have a bad time and heavy southwesterly blows.
