MESOPOTAMIAN REBELS.
SEVERAL TRIBES SURRENDER. MARAUDERS ON" EUPHRATES. Renter. LONDON, Nov. 5. It is learned authoritatively that the effects of the recent British successes in Mesopotamia have been considerable. Several rebel tribes have surrendered unconditionally, and given up their rifles and ammunition. On the other hand, on the left bank of the Euphrates a large number of tribesmen are still defiant, and recently have been active against British post*.
